Subscription & billing

Pro subscription, Polar checkout, cancel, and failed payments

Paid plans (Pro / Pro+) bill through Polar. Accounts use Supabase auth; subscription state shows on the First Crack web app and desktop.

  1. Sign in at firstcrackiscoming.com.
  2. Choose Pro or Pro+ on Plans.
  3. Start trial or upgrade → /start-pro?plan=monthly or yearly.
  4. Complete Polar checkout with your card.
  5. Confirm Pro status and next bill date on the account page.

Adding a card during trial starts paid billing when the trial ends.

Enterprise is monthly/yearly contract — sales

  1. Check status on the account page.
  2. Cancel or change payment method via Polar customer portal or [email protected].

On cancel: Pro features remain until the current period ends, then free tier (20 batches/month).

Update the card in the Polar portal. Ask [email protected] for a portal link if needed.

If a charge fails (limit, expiry, decline):

  1. Account may show a Payment issue banner.
  2. Update the payment method or contact support.
  3. Long unpaid status cancels the subscription into free tier.

Get receipts from Polar checkout/portal. For Korean business tax invoices, email [email protected] with your business registration number.

Contract, bank transfer, and invoice billing are Enterprise-only. [email protected]
