Refund policy

First Crack subscription refund and cancellation policy

Refunds follow the Terms of Service and the rules below.

We do not prorate already-started billing periods.

If you cancel mid-cycle you keep Pro until the period end date; unused days are not refunded.

Example: cancel monthly Pro on day 15 → use until month end, no partial refund.

The 14-day / 20-batch trial needs no card. Without a card on file, nothing charges when the trial ends.

Email [email protected] with payment date, account email, and reason. Cases are reviewed individually.

Windows are guidelines; terms and Polar policies take priority.

  • Mid-period “change of mind” after any Pro use for remaining days
  • Renewals after trial that auto-charged — cancel is fine; no retroactive refund of past periods
  • Enterprise contracts with separate terms — contract wins
