Refund policy
First Crack subscription refund and cancellation policy
Refunds follow the Terms of Service and the rules below. If this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
Core rules
Section titled “Core rules”Default: no refunds
Section titled “Default: no refunds”Subscription fees are non-refundable by default.
We do not prorate or partially refund billing periods already started — including yearly prepaid plans.
If you cancel mid-cycle you keep Pro until the period end date; unused days are not refunded.
Example: cancel monthly Pro on day 15 → use until period end, no partial refund.
Paid plans may include a 14-day trial at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. Amounts billed after a completed trial are not refundable.
